Package Name: PARAMESH_3.3_beta

PARAMESH, version 3.3, beta version
Kevin Olson and Peter MacNeice

Abstract: PARAMESH is a package of subroutines and accessible data structures and is intended to ease the task of adding dynamic adaptive mesh refinement AND parallelization to an already existing uniform mesh, serial code. PARAMESH implements a subset of the Burger-Oliger type of block or patched based adaptive mesh refinement. PARAMESH is written primarily in Fortran 90/95 and uses the MPI message passing library to exchange data between processors of a distributed parallel machine. It compiles and can be used on architectures ranging from laptop computers up to the largest parallel computers available today.  Complete documentation is available at: http://ct.gsfc.nasa.gov/paramesh/Users_manual/amr.html.
